• Après le succès de la tournée européenne à guichets fermés du 50e anniversaire de Tubular Bells en 2024, l'album aux millions de ventes et aux multiples récompenses sera à nouveau interprété en concert dans toute l'Europe au printemps 2025.

• L'album Tubular Bells The 50th Anniversary Celebration, sorti à l'origine le 25 mai 1973, sera présenté par un vaste groupe de musiciens, arrangé par Robin A Smith, collaborateur de longue date de Mike Oldfield.

• Le spectacle comprendra l'emblématique Tubular Bells interprété dans son intégralité, ainsi que d'autres compositions de Mike Oldfield telles que la chanson à succès Moonlight Shadow, Summit Day, Family Man ou encore Ommadawn.

• Tubular Bells, créé en 1971 et sorti en 1973, est le premier album studio du multi-instrumentiste, compositeur et auteur-compositeur anglais Mike Oldfield. À l'âge de 17 ans lorsqu'il a commencé à composer la musique, Oldfield a enregistré et joué presque tous les instruments de l'album, qui a acquis une renommée mondiale lorsque le thème d'ouverture a été utilisé pour la bande originale du film d'horreur L'Exorciste et est devenu l'album instrumental le plus vendu de tous les temps.

• Following the success of the sold out 2024 European Tubular Bells 50th anniversary tour, the multi-million-selling and multi-award-winning album will once again be performed live in concert throughout Europe in Spring 2025. Originally released on 25th May 1973, the Tubular Bells The 50th Anniversary Celebration tour will feature an expansive live group, arranged by Mike Oldfield’s long-term collaborator Robin A Smith.

• The show will feature the iconic Tubular Bells performed in full as well as further Oldfield compositions such as the hit song Moonlight Shadow, Summit Day, Family Man and Ommadawn.

• Tubular Bells, created in 1971 and released in 1973, was the debut studio album by English multi-instrumentalist, composer, and songwriter Mike Oldfield. At just 17 years old when he started composing the music, Oldfield recorded and played almost all the instruments on the album, which gained worldwide recognition when the opening theme was used for the soundtrack of the horror film, The Exorcist and went on to become the highest-selling instrumental album of all time.
